Fire meets Wood · 甲
Aries Sun, Yang Wood day master
The Western Fire gives you the spark; the Wood day master gives it something to burn through slowly. Fire signs with Wood day masters start fast and, unusually, keep going: the impulse is matched by a trunk that grows a ring a year.
The Western reading
You lead with instinct and want to be first to act. Waiting is the hardest thing you do; your gift is the courage to begin.
from Sun in Aries
The Four Pillars reading
Yang Wood, the tall tree: upright, principled, slow to bend and hard to uproot. You grow in one direction and need room; you lead by standing firm rather than by manoeuvring.

What they do to each other
The Western Fire gives you the spark; the Wood day master gives it something to burn through slowly. Fire signs with Wood day masters start fast and, unusually, keep going: the impulse is matched by a trunk that grows a ring a year. The risk is burning your own fuel. Rest is not optional for you; it is how the tree survives the fire.

What this page cannot know
The Sun sign covers a month of births and the day master covers one day in sixty, so this pairing is shared by a great many people. Your Moon, your rising sign, the other three pillars and the element balance are what make the chart yours, and all of them need the time and place you were born. That is what the app computes.
Cast yours, to the minute
This page is written for a sign or a pillar. Your chart is written for the moment you were born: Western astrology and the Four Pillars read together, in plain words, with the year ahead as dated windows. It takes a minute and needs no account.
